How to Become a Customer’s Securities Company (Customer Account)
Before you make a sale and purchase of stocks, such as opening a bank account then you should first open an account in one or more of the Company’s securities. With the opening of such account then you have been officially registered as a customer and your identity data recorded in the books of Securities Companies such as Name, Address, Bank Account number and other data. Along with the opening of this account, you sign an agreement with a securities company concerning the rights and obligations of both parties.
What is the Cost of Share Purchase?
Component of the cost of buying and selling of shares is as follows:
Value of share purchase brokerage commission + VAT + 10% or
Value of stock sales brokerage commission + VAT + 10% + income tax of 0.1%
For the purchase and sale of shares, investors must pay commissions to brokers / broker who carry out orders. The amount of commission is determined by the Exchange.
